Terms of Service
Last updated: [not yet set]. Kestrova is operated by [not yet set], [not yet set] ("we"). Contact: [not yet set].
1. The service
Kestrova runs the open-source static analyzer Slither on Solidity code you submit and shows the results. The free scan shows every finding the engine reports. The optional Professional Security Report (1 USDC) adds a downloadable PDF, SARIF and JSON exports and a shareable summary for the same scan.
2. No audit, no guarantee
Results are automated findings, not verified vulnerabilities. They may contain false positives or miss issues, and a result with no findings does not mean your code is secure. The service is not a substitute for a professional security audit, and you remain responsible for the code you deploy. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from vulnerabilities in your code, whether or not a scan reported them. Our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
4. Your code
You must have the right to submit the code. We process it only to produce your results, as described in the Privacy Policy, and do not claim any rights in it.
5. Payment
The price is 1 USDC on Solana mainnet, shown before you pay and paid from your own wallet. You also pay the Solana network fee, which goes to the network. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by the network; refunds are handled as described in Refunds. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to overload, bypass limits of, or attack the service, and do not submit code you are not allowed to share. Free scans are rate-limited. We may refuse or limit service to protect it.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of [not yet set], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
